The bath did drain well; shower handle fell off, the maid came to make the room up at 4.05, all hotel bars were closed at 11.07 pm on Sunday night and only room service was available. You should stay here and this is why

Had a wonderful stay, i really love this hotel in London. The service location and overall experience was great, espically if you are looking for a modern vibe. Downsides where: i would love for the water pressure in the shower to be stronger, an evening turndown service would be great and the fact that decimo and the roof top are closed on sunday monday where a real disappointment.

Was put in a room without windows, and then moved to a very small room afterwards when I said I couldn’t stay without windows. Had a great room the previous time. Also a lot of it was closed probably time of the year. It’s a good vibe but maybe best not off season as for the money there’s much better around.
