The hotel is in a super lively and convenient area, next to chinatown. Room is spacious and nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. They search restaurants for my husband where to eat Sunday roast, we got a small tour of the room when we arrived 👍. We got slippers and also bathrobes 🙌 The water, fruit, coffee, tea are for free. Room has a minibar to buy of course. The only downside was that the room we got was not that quiet at night so I had a lil trouble with sleeping but they fixed it by providing me a relaxation spray that was helpful and in compensation we-also got the things we used from the minibar for free 🙌👍👏. I definitely recommend this hotel. I personally like to experience different location and hotels if iI travel to the same city again, in this case I”ll definitely repeat this hotel. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The staff were amazing. They were very friendly and accommodating.i love that they offered complimentary bottle of wine in the room and also glass of prosecco on arrival, with chocolate brownies! Was lovely touch! The bed very comfortable and location was brilliant. Wil definitely stay here again.

London stay.

Hotel is extremely central to all the major London attractions. Our room 311 was very comfortable although very noisy due to a couple of pubs in the street below. Also the cleaners have a room just outside the door and they have to keep going in and out early in the morning.

Very welcome

We chose the hotel for its proximity to Theatreland, and the ability to have a suite which slept three. Reception was clean and welcoming with complimentary fruit and a glass of prosecco available, and Kayla and Doina were lovely and very helpful. The porters were also very helpful with our luggage. On checking in we were advised that we had been upgraded. This turned out to be two full size beds instead of one bed and a sofa bed. There was also a bottle of prosecco and a welcome card, all of which were greatly appreciated. The room, and the rest of the hotel, were very clean. Beds were comfortable and there was a coffee machine with pods and fruit in the room. All in all a perfect base from which to see a show and explore London. Thank you to all the staff, we will definitely be back!

Not as expected

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and usually had a good experience, but this visit was disappointing. Our bathroom flooded and we were given a disabled access room, which had a bright green light that stayed on all night, making it very difficult to sleep. When I mentioned this at checkout, the response I received was just “oh I know, sorry about that” which didn’t feel good enough. A real shame, as I expected better based on my previous stays.

Wictoria at the front desk was excellent. She greeted us every morning with a bright smile, and always asked how our day was and what our plans were. She always asked if we needed anything, and even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for my birthday! Love the location of this hotel, in the heart of SOHO. Walking distance to many train stations, and all kinds of great food options. The rooms have central air, coffee maker, tea kettle, tons of towels and toiletries for the duration of your stay. They also have an elevator! This was our second time staying here, and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Had a bad experience and ended up moving to a different hotel for the rest of our stay. The night staff was useless. We had an overflowing shower and toilet that wouldn't stop running. The front desk person was on a personal call (we had returned about 15 minutes earlier) and wouldn't answer the phone when we called. ended up walking down to the desk and he was still on the phone. He sent up another person who said would talk to the manager. Came back 15 minutes later to say there were no other rooms available and then confessed there was no manager on duty when pressed. Also no maintenance people after 8:00pm. The morning staff and manager was very apologetic and attempted to make good on the situation by moving us to a suite etc but we had already booked a new place. They did refund the remaining nights and credited for half the first night. They did their best to address the situation which I appreciated but we already had a new place booked and weren't going to stay. We may give them a try on our next visit as they offered up discounts and upgrades to make up for the issues.
