Stayed here before with no issues but this one was not great. Someone was ringing a bell during the night and there was a constant sound of gushing water which meant I hardly slept. I mentioned this to concierge when I was checking out but just got a shrugged sorry.

Beautiful well equipped rooms. The accessible rooms are very spacious with excellent facilities and extra large bathrooms . The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you . No hassle 2 x night stay midweek..... check in is easy, rooms pleasant. Stayed in a Premium Suite on the 8th floor....lifts a little sporadic.... if travelling by tube then Lambeth North is across the road whrte as Waterloo is a 8min walk.... Had a kitchenette with coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Easy to use microwave and electric hob....great fridge but not stocked..... didnt try the Chaplins Bar at all.... Sainsbury's right next door for supplies....

Elevators were an issue. One was out of order and people were just cramming the 2 remaining elevators. But other than that issue, this was a wonderful place to stay, clean room, nice staff and good gym. Close to the Underground and Waterloo Station. Would highly recommend.
