You could tour the Tower of London or Houses of Parliament, take a ride on the London Eye, or enjoy a riverboat cruise on the Thames.

"The Ruby Zoe was a unique hotel. It is well-situated in the Notting Hill/Portobello Road area within a quick walking distance to several tube stations and bus stops. As others have mentioned, the rooms were compact but user—friendly. I like that there were coffee and tea stations on each floor rather than in the rooms. The hotel cleans rooms every 3 nights automatically. If you waive cleaning the other days during your stay, you receive a drink ticket instead. We enjoyed some of the FIFA World Cup games with a food and drink special several evenings. The breakfast, which is offered as an add-on to the room price or pay as you go, was delicious with lots of options. In addition to breakfast, the hotel has a coffee and liquor bar, as well as a light food menu, in the evenings with comfortable, casual seating areas. Also, as others have mentioned, the staff was terrific. Carolina directed us to a delicious, traditional fish and chips place and offered transportation options to other areas of London. Carlos always greeted us with a smile and great service. Again, this was a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again."
