This was our second time staying here, we love the neighborhood and location. This time we were on the ground floor and could hear the tube every 5 minutes until 2am. So I would request to stay on a higher level next time. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, cute neighborhood, good food nearby, and close to 2 tube stations for easy commuting.

Room was beautiful and staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were able to store our luggage as well which was very convenient. It was a bit noisy on the first night with a couple fighting at 02:30 in the morning but that wasn’t the hotels fault. Only down side was no hot water for a shower on the second morning. We had a train to catch so didn’t have time to raise the issue. Hotel clean and well set up.

Staff are amazing, accomodating and helpful. Location is unbeatable for central London. Rooms are great but could use a little upgrade. Mattress had a little dip where it had been used over time. Also found it odd that they didnt supply amenities like a toothbrush, cotton and no slippers or robe. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book there again.
