Beautiful hotel, very clean, rooms are a good size, we had a queen size bed plus small sofa and table. The bathroom was lovely, bath and shower facilities. Very clean, lots of comfortable seating in the main foyer area. Breakfast is a great choice, with lots of variety, food was lovely. If you want to use the spa facilities robes are provided. Excellent location for Tower Bridge, Tower of London, walking distance to the Shard

I had a great time from the moment i chevk in. The staff were amazing & accommodating. The spa facilities were amazing also. Only negative would be the bar orice for drinks. Over priced for just a beer & cocktails. I would probably go across the road to whetherspoon for drinks next time. But would definitely be hoing back again.

Took 20mins to check in as the girl was a trainee and wasn't quite sure what she was doing. The room was lovely, the spa was nice, except you had to go to another lift to get to it. I was told to quote a VIP offer at check in but they only gave me a 20% off food voucher, was expecting a free breakfast, especially for the delay. The concierge was a bit short because I lost my ticket, made me search my suitcase, he could have asked to describe it not make me open it to check brands I had in my clothing. When I was waiting the next day to collect luggage, the same concierge had left his computer unlocked for numerous times and a mobile on the computer, all left unattended, a list of names were showing which is breach of confidence. The location was good though and local tubes.

Throughly enjoyed our stay! We stayed in the executive king room and it was lovely, gorgeous views, super comfortable bed and spotless!! The only thing I would pick at was the restaurant. We arrived late after work and waited over an hour for our food so had to cancel as we had to go. However they did rectify that by delivering it to our room complementary which was much appreciated. Would definitely return and recommend!!

This is my go to hotel but lately I’ve been put at the back of the hotel the the tv doesn’t work great of an evening and the morning doesn’t work at all. Also the spa the chlorine is so over powering it stings your eyes to much spoke to a couple they said the same and was there 15mintues because of it and I stayed for 30mintues but would of loved to stay longer but couldn’t because my eyes were burning. But other then that as I said it’s my go to hotel
