Pretty poor stay. Visit to spa was not relaxing as teenagers dive bombing into water and shouting. No phone rule completely ignored. Despite cameras clearly highlighting both issues, nothing done. Then first night disturbed by drunken behaviour, banging doors and loud arguing at 2 Am. Reported but not sure if security did call. Moved room next day. Nice gesture of snacks and half bottle of wine but smaller room, safe and tv not operational. We stay here when we’re in London but will be giving it a miss next time.

Great amenities. I love the availability of drinking water and apples at the reception area. Pool can get busy, hardly any deck available but lovely addition to our stay, i felt rejuvenated after using sauna and steam room. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice and helpful concierge. Few minutes walk towards Tower Bridge- so beautiful at night. Love how the bar is open til late! Sum it all up, a wonderful stay.

The room wasn’t the cleanest, we found an old sock that didn’t belong to any of the guests. The service was decent, that of a 4-star hotel. JB was the star of the show, made me and my guest feel very cared for.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The spa services were exceptional, and our therapists provided an outstanding experience. The pool was fabulous—I was able to swim laps each morning before heading out to explore the city. Breakfast offered a lovely variety of options that we looked forward to every day. The rooms were very comfortable, though larger showers would be a welcome enhancement.
