A reason why 4* for staff and service, bc we were waiting for our room to be ready for quite a bit. And we got our room 40 min late after check in time. But the rest it was nice and staff were very nice and caring

Great staff. The three person twin beds were great and very roomy. Each bed had its own nightstand and plugs. Nice amenities (robes, coffee and water). I would definitely stay again!

Comfortable well appointed room. Lovely to have a window to raise onto Main Street. Ideal coffee tea machine and amenities. Highly recommend for non pretentiousness and no gratuity’s placed on account, unlike many other hotels in London. Great position near Royal Albert Hall. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely, very clean and friendly hotel. I felt very safe as an older woman travelling with my daughter. Ideally located to get around London on foot. Very nice neighborhood. Can't say enough good things about our experience.
