Ok but no parking as advertised

A basic but clean room. If you are hoping for a quiet nights sleep, this is not the place for you! Constant traffic and sirens throughout the night. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, you have to walk to the kitchen in the basement. Close to shops and transport links. The biggest letdown- I booked this property as it advertises that it has parking. It does not…. Had to park a ten min walk away.

Value accommodation

I needed to arrange accommodation at the last minute and had very little budget. For the price, I was surprised how nice the room was. It would benefit from some double glazing but if you're on a tight budget you'll tolerate it.

The hotel was spot on for what we needed, just off the main drag of Peckham. ideally located for a drink, food, and shopping. The twin Room was perfect for what we needed, enough room for 2 for a one night stay, clean & tidy. The centre of London is well within walking distance just under an 1hrs walk in fair weather 😁 keeps the costs down. TFL bus services are constantly running and also clos options of the under/over ground services too. Definitely will stay here again 👍👌

The security light shone on and off all night, right into my room, the plumbing made a loud noise all night, room was cramped and shower was pretty disgusting. On top of that guests were really loud and woke me up at 3:30am - reception not staffed. Goes without saying, I had a terrible nights sleep and wouldn’t book it again.

Perfect for our overnight stay.

Communication for door codes received in advance. On arrival there was a friendly member of staff on reception who checked us in & immediately showed us to our room & also how to use the room door code. Hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the tube station. Our room was basic but clean & perfect for our needs which was just an overnight stay. The beds were comfortable & we both had a good nights sleep!

The hotel is just a townhouse converted into a hotel by amateurs. You can hear everything that happens in the house and the neighborhood. There is no AC and the window only opens about an inch. Don’t stay there in the summer, don’t stay there at all. I booked 3 nights but I only stayed one. There was a stain on the mattress. The mattress in question is the kind that you find on a sofa bed. I’ll never stay there again. Highly recommend staying anywhere else.
