Great history, and attentive staff - a real luxury stay. Pool and spa were fabulous. However, there was no mirror in the bedroom (for hairdryer) and unfortunately the milk in the fridge was off on the second day (not-checked) - minor issues that slightly spoiled the stay, but when paying a premium price, don't expect flaws!

If perfection in the world of hospitality was possible to achieve, The Raffles OWO, has done it. This property is the exact definition of luxury at every point, a flawless master class in hospitality under any circumstances. I could tell you in this review about the stunning architectural Jewel that houses this luxury hotel. Im sure any future guest would love to read about the magnificent spa, possibly one of the best in Europe, if not the world. You might be inclined to learn that the property has not one or two fine dining restaurants but several, including more relaxed dining options and even a secret bar, right out of a James Bond movie (literally) I could go on about the well over 1 billion pounds invested into this mega property to bring it to life in all of its glory and the 8 years of labor it took. But the truth is, that anyone reading this, would easily find all of this information in the hundreds of magazine articles written about this one of a kind hotel, the long history of the building and everything that goes with it. What you will not find in all of those articles, is the reason why all of this is possible, its team. A group of exceptionally dedicated individuals like no other, flawless perfection in every member of The Raffles OWO Team.

What a hotel! Beautiful building, warm and welcoming staff, great service and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The spa was the highlight, spectacular! Will definitely be returning very soon. We usually stay at The Corinthia or Claridges…Raffles may just have the edge

Raffles OWO is filled with history! Breakfast service needs to be friendlier… grumpy waitstaff. Indian dishes in the Drawing Room restaurant needs improvement given all the great Indian food in London.

One of the most extraordinary buildings in London, which played a major role in British history in the 20th Century, and sits in the very Center of British power . The owners have spared no expense in renovating and modernizing this magnificent structurewhile keeping all of the history... Turning it into a hotel unlike any other in the world. And to do it full duty, Raffles has put together a staff that is extraordinarily knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful. It was not only a great place to spend a couple of nights, it was just an extraordinary experience... Almost like being given a private suite in an extraordinary Museum with very helpful staff to answer your every question and meet your every need. It is definitely a six-star hotel

Perfect from beginning to end. We cant wait to go back. Although an expensive treat we thought ,overall, given the quality of every single aspect of this beautiful hotel, it represented good value for money. Food, room and service superb.
