This hotel was lovely. Fast to get to transportation bus or underground Train station. Area was not so busy but busy enough. Restaurant in the area had great food.

Great place to stay for central London. Easy to get to shows ,shopping etc as underground station just down the road. Carpet could have been cleaner as a few stains on it+ fridge abit noisy but minor points.

All good. Coffee served before advertised time of 10am which we appreciated having arrived earlier. Problem with Room temperature but room was changed immediately by very helpful staff. Comfortable bed and quiet room.

Booked a Comfort Room, 1 Twin Bed for 2 nights. I was with my husband. The room is a very very small; a very expensive capsule (a bathroom size) with no space to move around around. The bed is encased between 3 walls. The bed won't fit a tall person and won't fit 2 people. The shower is very narrow and not practical at all. The shower head is fixed to the wall at about 1.80m. There is a small old TV with ridiculous channels. Not at least the news channels. No BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Sky.
