For the price we paid this hotel was excellent value. Entrance to hotel is smart and modern, very helpful staff. Our room on top floor was small but perfectly adequate for our needs. Good location - underground and buses all nearby. Would certainly choose this hotel again for short stays in London.

The neighborhood was convenient, and the room, while pretty shabby, was clean. However, the shower in my room was broken, the water pressure was poor, and the towels were threadbare and stained. That said, it was extremely inexpensive and the front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Excellent vacation for tourists, but I would recommend this if you need a quick stay or one or two nights. I was getting tired of the narrow hallways and musty rooms, but to be honest London in this neighborhood is just like that. But an excellent location if you’re trying to zip around the city quick.

Room was clean and tidy but very small.The staff were really helpful. Shower water pressure was extremely low which was a bit inconvenient. Finally, the walls are very thin so sounds travel easily. Having said all this, the location is good and the hotel was affordable and nice.

Hotel room is small but tidy and cozy. Our room was only cleaned once but I don’t think it’s scheduled at a regular time so we might have been there when they tried. Towels were replaced every other day. Neighborhood is quaint with lots of places to eat and shop close by.
