It was a good overnight stay, but the Heating of the room was not really functional, and the room's TV could not have the subtitles removed. As we were only there for one night, it was not a priority to complain to us, the room was clean, especially the bathroom and linen, breakfast good and all staff were courteous and helpful.

There was no heating, the centrally controlled heating system was blowing cold air despite showing 26C on the room monitor. and it was 8c outside so I was cold. I was asked to pay 20£ when I asked to check-out 1 hour later Cramped room Good points only were super nice staff at breakfast. And the low price for a 4 star rated hotel that feels more like a 2 star. Wont be returning.

Area is very nice and quiet and the hotel is very lovely and charming. I felt very comfortable as a solo traveler. The room was a bit in the smaller side, having full sized luggage took up most of the floor space but was manageable. Conveniently located to several bus stops and the subway and walkable to local restaurants.

The bacon didn't look as if it was cooked, the single deluxe room was smaller than a shoe box (id hate to see what the non deluxe is like), the Bar didn't have enough stock. However i did have a great stay and the staff were excellent and very helpful.

Room was awful. Below ground, way too small ( you had to step out of the bathroom to put the bath mat down) and there was a crack in the bath that had been poorly patched up. Wasn’t a very cheap option and I know I could have had much better for the same price. ( just short of £250 for two nights b&b) The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast ok.

Staff is very friendly and responsive and goes above and beyond. I've stayed here on my annual visit to London for the past 3 years now and have enjoyed each stay. The rooms are simple and small, but clean. The ambience in the lobby area is great. The location is fantastic, very close to two tube stations and basically across the street from Hyde Park.
