"We stayed here as it was close to the O2 venue next door. On arrival the entrance was grand, but the customer service didn’t match. We were confused to be asked about where we travelling after checkout, which was then loosely linked to immigration by the staff member. Would only stay again if visiting the venue next door."

"Overall, the hotel was very nice; the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was good and my young daughter was very pleased with her complimentary teddy bear. However, I booked a twin studio and the room we got was what I would class as a double; 2 single beds joined together with one duvet. The room was described as 2 single beds and if I hadn't gone with my daughter, and instead went with a friend, for example, who wasn't keen to share a duvet, this would have been a problem. The room was also described as having things that were not available; for example, dressing gowns and toothbrushes and toothpaste. When I asked reception for a toothbrush, I was informed that they didn't supply them and I needed to buy from the vending machine. Apart from those things, I was very happy with the hotel and would visit there again. "

"This review is directed at the management of both properties, as Comfotel Purple and Euro Hotel appear to be operated by the same group. My stay began at Comfotel Purple, where I encountered a confirmed bed bug issue (multiple live sightings in the bed area, including near the pillow), which required me to relocate rooms. The management consistently ignored phone calls and emails. I was relocated to the hotel nextdoor. Despite this, the issues did not end after being moved to Euro Hotel. At Euro Hotel: • Water leaked from the ceiling into the room during rain, raising concerns about the condition of the building and potential damp/mould exposure • Housekeeping repeatedly entered the room despite explicit instructions not to do so • Personal belongings were discarded without permission — these were part of a personal project and cannot be replaced • The room lacked basic amenities (no hangers initially, no hairdryer, no iron) • The sink was clogged and did not drain properly Across both properties, there appears to be a consistent issue with management oversight, maintenance, and respect for guest privacy. While two staff members were helpful in facilitating the room transfer, the overall experience was highly disruptive and poorly managed. I also received no meaningful response from management despite raising these concerns during my stay. I would strongly advise caution when booking with this group. I am currently escalating the issues to other channels. "
