Brand new, from top to bottom, this loft features 18-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and very large thermal-paned windows allowing light to flood in. The fully-equipped large kitchen is outfitted with every amenity, including all kitchen utensils and supplies and a large island to prepare and enjoy meals. Great living room, with HD flat screen television with broadcast TV channels, Roku box, and wireless internet. Elegant bedroom features a comfy King-size bed with beautiful linens, dressers, bedside table, and huge closet. Roomy, luxurious bathroom features a huge walk-in shower with cascading shower head and dressing area and is stocked with fluffy towels. Nice spot and great location

Very clean, what we needed for a few nights in Rochester with our infant daughter. There are some tenants in the building who smoke so if you are very sensitive to the smell, that is a consideration, but the apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable.

Pro's - good strong internet, off-street parking. Con's - upon entering lobby the smell of weed is overwhelming, a small beeping noise can be heard and directly in front of you is a sign saying no marijuana or alarm will sound. Clearly not enough of a deterrent. The bathroom sink was clogged and took forever to drain. Towels are older and super small. Walls paper thin, all night party in room below. Location is RIGHT ON 490 with traffic 24/7. While management did communicate timely and access was easy, not going back

Great Place close to everything

This place is amzing exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. Spacious and modern. It had everything we needed except a baking pan (Christmas cookies) lol.... We enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again.
