The room was not what we booked. They tried to out us in a standard room with 2 full size beds when we reserved a king jr. suite. They then told us there were no king rooms available but then after going back to the front desk, after half an hour they “found” the correct room. Check in process is far too long. The food is sub par and the drinks are horrible.

Overall, we had a great stay at Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen. The resort was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities and food were very enjoyable. The adults-only atmosphere and location were definite highlights. The only downside was the room size. Although we paid the same price and had the same package/bundle as the rest of our family, our room was noticeably about half the size of theirs, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, everything else met or exceeded expectations, and we still had a very pleasant experience.

It was nice that the strip was right up the block. It was so lively and fun at the resort. They had a foam party, karaoke, live music It was the best i would definitely go again.

Amazing stay from start to finish! The resort is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff truly stood out, everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome at all times. The room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The food and drinks were excellent with great variety, and the amenities made the whole experience feel luxurious and stress-free. Perfect adults-only getaway. Amazing stay! Wish the room service ran during the late hours latest was 11pm and the bar closed at 12am a few people mentioned it felt like a seniors place to stay and I agree. The crowd was a bit older crowd with a few younger people here and there.
