THE SPACE
Open-plan kitchen, new furniture and views over the fountain and gardens.
The well equipped, remodeled kitchen has a huge, quartz counter-height breakfast bar has everything you might need to prepare a quick breakfast or gourmet dinner and it flows seamlessly into the dining / living area, with comfy seating and 60" smart TV.
From the balcony you can enjoy the fountain playing below, gardens, clubhouse and afternoon sun.
BED & BATH
The master bedroom has a hybrid King mattress and en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower. The two guest bedrooms have pillow-top, hybrid mattresses, one King, the 3rd room Queen, and share a family bathroom.
The bedrooms have overhead fans, black out blinds, top quality linens and smart TVs.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando. Universal Blvd, just one block from International Drive and minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney, Universal and SeaWorld. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away.
You will find world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls - 10 minutes away and we are surrounded by 100s of restaurants from casual to 5 star dining. Next to the resort is Publix supermarket, Walgreens, UPS, liquor store and 3 excellent dining options.
