Great location. Comfortable place to stay.
The property was represented well in the listing. The space and beds were comfortable. There was a nice care package (a couple dishwasher and laundry pods, dishsoap, garbage bags and cleaning wipes as well as cookies. Very thoughtful and gets you through the first night or two.
As with most short term rentals the kitchen utensils, pans, kitchen towels/hotpads were lacking.
Overall cleanliness was fair. There were small ants of some sort on the kitchen bar. It's Florida. We adjusted. The dishwasher is old and touchy. It was sliding back so not latching. We adjusted and just made sure to pull it forward. The floors are well worn but don't take away from the overall function and stay.
I was not a fan of the reservation through Casiola. I didn’t like that they accepted my payment but then asked for a picture of my driver's license and credit card. I understand it's to prtect them and me but there are too many instances of security breaches.
