THE SPACE
This condo has the best possible location in Vista Cay Resort, directly next to the main pool and clubhouse. It was just upgraded with wood flooring in the living area and new seating. There is a fully-equipped high-end kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is ready with all you need to prepare a light snack or a gourmet meal. The cook can also chat with the family and watch the 60" HDTV in our open plan living/dining room. You will also find a cozy den with a reading area and desk. Just beyond the living area is a huge furnished patio to enjoy a cool drink on a warm Florida evening.

BED & BATH
The master bedroom features a king bed with a large en-suite bathroom which includes his and hers double vanities, large walk-in shower and oversized soaking tub. The 2d bedroom also has a king bed, and the 3d bedroom 2 full beds. There is a full family bathroom in the guest wing. All beds are extra long, have upgraded plush, pillow-top mattresses and high quality linens and flat screen TVs. The condo also has a full-size washer and dryer in the unit which means you can pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains.

**We are very excited to announce the opening of our new East Side Pool amenities at Vista Cay Resort. The new amenities include two brand new pools, a hot tub, new pool bar, a kid’s splash pad, a fire pit area and lots more. There is a map of the resort with the location of the new East Side Pool attached in the listing pictures. Now that the East Side Pool amenities have opened, the renovations to the main resort pool, hot tub and pool bar are are taking place now. The Clubhouse including the Gym, Gift Shop, Park Tickets Concierge, and Games Room will remain open at this time. We have discounted our rates to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
