Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. This hotel comes at a budget friendly price, but with a premium service. Highly recommend

The hotel is currently going through some changes improving every part of it. This is the only reason I can’t give it an excellent rating but I’m sure when they are finished I would be able to. They have clearly done up the reception, breakfast area and dining area which looks high class, bright and airy, with lovely high ceilings. The room we stay still had to be updated so there was a few issues with it but not anything that would have been an issue, I did book a king size bedroom but when I arrived they didn’t have one available, this was disappointing and in my view if I had book a certain room that’s the room I expect. We were given a double queen instead with was comfortable and the extra lounge area and kitchen was nice. Some utilities like knifes, fork and spoons would have been nice. I can’t rate eco friendly as great as everything was plastic and non recycle plates and they didn’t seem to separate anything that could be recycled. The swimming pool is very clean and tidy, gets the sun until the late afternoon. Overall it was a pleasant few days and I’m sure when all the work is finished it will be an amazing place to stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating allowing us a late check out and holding our bags until we left for a late flight.

I found the hotel to be very good. For the price they offer, it’s definitely worth it. The parking area in front of the hotel is well-lit, although the back and side areas could use better lighting — that’s the only thing I think could be improved. Breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were quite comfortable. The hotel is currently under renovation, so the small kitchen inside the suite didn’t have utensils such as spoons, knives, or plates. I assume that’s temporary due to the remodeling. Overall, it’s a very good hotel, recommended for small families or couples. It truly offers great value for the price.

There were no blankets in our room and when I went to ask the desk, they only had one and had no way to into the laundry room to get more. The door to the bathroom and the door between the sitting room and bedroom didn’t shut. The shower had zero water pressure. Our pillows on our beds were tiny throw pillows. The place reeked of paint. I think they need to shut down until they’re done remodeling and get comforters for the beds. Will never stay there again.

My group of 11 friends and I stayed here across two rooms, each with two queen beds and a sofa bed. At first impression, the rooms looked nice, as they had been recently remodeled. However, during our weekend stay, several cleanliness issues arose. In my room, we discovered small roaches near the sofa bed and in the bathroom. In the other room I booked, my friends reported receiving sheets with stains, including small spots of blood. Additionally, although the bathrooms were remodeled, the showers lacked shelving or holders for toiletries, so we had to place everything on the floor. Lastly, while the AC worked well, it made loud, sporadic noises throughout the night, which made it difficult for the lighter sleepers in our group to rest. Overall, we appreciated the convenience of the free breakfast and the hotel’s location, less than 15 minutes from the Disney parks. However, due to the issues we encountered, I would not choose to stay here again. I had stayed at this hotel before without problems, but this experience was disappointing and embarrassing, especially since I had recommended it to my friends.

Check in and the water was off staff kept saying one hour then another hour checked in at 4 water didn’t turn back on until 10pm 6hrs with no shower as me and my wife just got off work couldn’t even lay down we were still dirty. Staff offered a 10% discount which they didn’t even refund wouldn’t recommend staying here your at risk of something happening as the place is being renovated too

This hotel should not stay open during renovations. The hotel was in bad shape for people staying in a room. Beside the horrible smell of marijuana in the hallways, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, and the air conditioner sounded like a freight train. Won’t be back
