Terrible breakfast experience. I have already filed a complaint directly with the hotel. There was no coffee, no bagels, no yogurt and no fruit although it was confirmed upon check-in that all those items will be available. It took the staff person 20 minutes to bring coffee. Bagels never appeared

The room was barely clean. There was toilet stains in the toilet. I did not trust the bedding. I ended up bringing my own bedding out of my camping tent. I am definitely going to wash it in hot water at least three times maybe more wouldn’t go again.

The property was not clean outside of the building was ran down with mildew running from the AC units when I arrived in the inside of the building and had an odor when I went inside the room the bathroom was not clean the towels looked dirty the bed sheets was wrinkled I did not stay I arrived at 8:00 p.m. October 17th and I had to book a new reservation somewhere else I left within 15 minutes

Terrible establishment. Dirty room and bathroom. I was moved to a second room because the first one was not clean. And the second one wasn't any better. The window had a bullet hole in it with a huge crack. I didn't feel safe at all. I will never stay at this location ever again.

Even though the front desk staff was polite and tried to be helpful, the overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable. When we arrived, the elevator was out of order, and we were originally assigned a room on the second floor. Thankfully, the receptionist found a room on the first floor instead. However, before we even opened the door, we were hit with a strong, awful smell of smoke. The room itself was extremely outdated, the bathroom was leaking, and there were small cockroaches everywhere. We couldn’t stay more than 10 minutes. The smoke smell was especially concerning due to my daughter’s allergies—it simply wasn’t safe for us to remain in that environment. We left immediately and would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances, regardless of how courteous the staff may be.

Staff that I encountered was very polite and welcoming. My only issue would be the limitation of options for breakfast. There was only waffles, cereal and yogurt, and the basic coffee and juice nothing else.
