The staff were excellent. The hotel was well maintained but not modern. Once parking was added on top of the good room rate, it was comparable to other more modern nearby hotels. I opened to stay at another Hilton property.

Parking was advertised on hotel.com as free and shown to front desk and they informed me was $27 per day. There was an Adjoining room door in room. There was damage on some of the doors that I took a picture of. Body wash and shampoo dispenser was empty and had to be filled. Hot water came out of hot and cold bathroom sink faucet. I was treated as a non Hilton rewards member because of my booking thru hotels.com.

The room and the staff were nice, only problems we had were we weren’t given any towels, they had a hard time checking us in, and the WiFi would connect.

Room had a moist, mildew smell. 6th floor smelled like pot most of the time. Front desk staff was busy on the computer looking at bottles of booze and not really attentive to customers. Got locked out of the room and had to have maintenance reprogram the door. No towels at the pool and the general pool area was not maintained. Long time Hilton member but will never stay at this one again.

Would not recommend. There is a daily fee to park your car at the hotel $27. There was repairs needed in the bathroom which should have been managed prior to a guest being assigned to the room. The beds spread had holes in it. The room air conditioning unit sound like it was going to explode it was so loud.

The bed in the room was squeaky and in addition, the reading lights connected to the bed frame were inoperable and the phone was non-working as well. The front desk clerk was informed of these things immediately and I was promised these items would be addressed but never occurred. I requested a bedding linen and towels exchange but this didn’t happen as well. I had to go back to the front desk clerk (Danielle) and requested for fresh towels after a 2 hours. waiting time

Nice hotel. They charge for parking unless you are an Honors member. It’s $25 per day to self park which is ridiculous. Hallways were warm but room was nice and cool. Lots of amenities like bar and restaurant on property. Clean. Staff is responsive. I would stay there again.

Staff was friendly. Hotel lobby and rooms were nice and clean. Pool was closed due to "maintenance". Showerheads in both mine and my sister's rooms were terribly clogged, so after a long hot day of walking around Disney Springs and looking forward to a nice shower that was very disappointing. The showers in both rooms were also very slippery. Hotel lobby, elevators, and hallways were all very hot, felt like a/c was broken. Rooms were a bit humid but cool since individual a/c units in them were working well but they ran constantly, all night long. TV channels seemed to default to Spanish for some reason. Other than the hot hallways/elevator/lobby, the showers being awful, and the pool being closed when the kids wanted to swim, the stay there was decent. Unless improvements to those things are made, I probably wouldn't book a room there again.

Check in a few hours earlier was same wait time and experience. Pool was out of towels both time we went down. Room was clean. Experooberall good for the value
