About this space
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located mother in law suite back home. This studio is located behind a Historic New Orleans Double in the back of a corridor and is available for monthly or yearly stays! Enjoy High speed Wi-Fi, Stainless steel appliances, cute patio courtyard and free street parking! Walking to the street-car/ trolley is only a few blocks away! Blocks from UMC medical center, the court house, and canal street! Very Close to Mardi Gras Parades!!!!
The space
This is a 15 feet by 25 ft studio with a full kitchen and a full bath! Very Tall Ceilings. Great for up to 3 guests for long term stays!

Bed Size is a Full Bed with a single sized pull out bed underneath the daybed.

There is street work going on by the city so parking will be difficult because we only provide stret parking. Estimated time for the work to be completed is 45 days.

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

A clean and private studio that provided all the essentials.

We stayed for a long weekend. Kitchen amenities were great. Everything was very clean. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. Heat worked well on a cold weekend.

This unit was very private and very cute. It seemed larger than the photos made it seem which was a plus. It was conveniently located about a 5 minutes drive from anything you could need. An absolute win for the price!

Great Stay for Couples/Solo

Home is as advertised, a mother in law suite style studio apartment. Check in was super easy, has a keypad to get in and out. The apartment was very clean and came equipped with everything we needed (towels, wash cloth, cooking supplies, fridge/freezer). Location is pretty good for the price, it’s not very walkable but a quick 10-15 minute drive to bourbon/ French quarter depending on traffic. We had no issues finding street parking during our stay. Only thing I would say could be improved is that there weren’t any regular sized pillows, only a bunch of throw pillows on the bed. It was fine since we were there for a weekend trip but definitely could get uncomfortable if you’re there for longer.
