The staff were courteous. It took a very long time to get hot water on the 15th floor. A very large amount of water was wasted waiting for the hot water. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years when I come to NOLA for a conference/exhibition and the rooms are starting to look rundown. Sorry

We were given a handicapped room that we didn't request. The room had several things broken inside and no place inside the bathroom to hang or put personal items. We requested another room and the staff said there was nothing they could do because we booked through Expedia. We were very disappointed with the hotel and expected better service from a Hilton hotel chain. Will never stay or recommend this hotel again.
