Most of the staff were great, with some exceptions. The room, however, was quite warm when we arrived; it was well over 80 degrees. This was true of the in-room refrigerator as well. When we complained at the front desk, the person we talked to was dismissive and condescending. Nonetheless, when we returned, the room was cold: Well below 60 degrees. The refrigerator, was still quite warm. After two days, someone was able to resolve the room issue; apparently the mixing valve was stuck, and the central thermostat was set to 50 degrees as well. This did not make for a good experience. A staff member did bring a replacement refrigerator as well, which was helpful. Overall, a disappointing experience at what is supposed to be a four diamond luxury hotel.

The toilet constantly ran all night and the only way to stop that noise was to turn off the water valve when going to bed. It was cold during our stay and the ventilation constantly blew cold air into the room so that it felt like it was in the 50s. The heat would not come on in our room. We complained multiple times each day about it and was told an engineer was getting sent up, however they were not. It didn’t get fixed until the 4th day there.

The location waa great! The room was not super clean, furniture very old. It was incredibly noisy from housekeeping and guests. It was an ok price but would not go back.
