yes the room was clean The bathroom sink drain was locked so water built up in it. When I got there it was absolutely freezing, couldn't turn the tv on. Staff was very friendly and quick to serve customers Impossible to find a parking space. I was supposed to be refunded my reservation payment for the first day. I was unable to fly because the flights I needed were cancelled. There was a blizzard in Minnesota and couldn't fly out. The connecting flights were cancelled. I would appreciated being refunded for the first night of my reservation. EXPEDIA and myself tried calling tp contacting you for the cancellation multiple times and no one answered the phone

The staff was incredible. They were very accomdating. The location is great, a short walk to the French Quarter, but far enough away so you don't have the noise. This historic building is very cool. There are a number of cool neighborhood bars close by too.

The hotel is horrible! On first night the AC was not working, the thermostat temperature was not going down and it was a constant 26 C (75F) I tried contacting front desk but no one helped me and i had to sleep in a hot and humid room which ruined next day for me. Next day they somehow fixed the AC but the towels were not restocked, had to wait 30-40 mins for towel! Finally last day to add to misery, the hot water was not working as well! Horrible experience

Room was dirty, there is more to cleaning than vacuuming and mopping, making beds and wiping down the bathrooms. The bathroom in our room needs to meet with a hot bucket of water and disinfectant and a scrub brush because there is grime and dirt every where. Dirt and grim on light switches doors and walls. And I’m pretty positive one of the housekeepers took my Sephora eyebrow pencil that was on the vanity laying next to my toothbrush, and facial cleansing brush. Front staff was very helpful and let us change our clothes in the bathroom into something more weather appropriate, and held a knee scooter that was dropped off and picked up later on after we checked out from Mr.Wheel chair. Overall was happy with our stay but the cleaning needs some work.
