Check in was not efficient at all, took a long time. The room wasn’t ready until 5pm. I paid for a room with 2 queen beds and after I checked in and got to the room it had 1 bed with a pull out couch. I went back downstairs to address the issue. After going back and forth they said I was stuck with the room and would be charged 1/2 price. I agreed and went to an event in the super dome with my family. The hotel then called 2 hours later asking to move our unpacked belongings to the correct room. Apparently the employee that checked me in was incompetent! I told them that I would move my things once we got back to the property. Needless to say once I got back to the property the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. Lack of communication between staff members was pitiful. Once the guy looked into it he just said oh you’re stuck with the same room again now. Just once again took forever. I requested a blanket for the pullout bed. They left it on the ground outside the room. Stop at this facility is totally incompetent. I was told I would only be charged 1/2 price. Looked at my banking information and I was charged full price. I will never stay at this property ever again.

The staff was amazing! Room was nice and clean. Requests made to the room weren’t acknowledged the first time around. After waiting a good hour for tissue I had to call again to have it delivered. Room service ends at 9 which was a big shock. Lastly, the lighting in the bathroom isn’t made for women and their makeup!

Vegas, our very gracious and attentive Bartender, was delightful. She clarified our “perks” listed on the card we received at check in, was so lovely. Great location. Room was nice- bathroom was super tight, odd for the lovely view, but we didn’t mind. Not a fan of New Orleams overall (never eat at Tujagues!), but if we come there again, we are staying here

The front desk was good but we requested dental kit and the safe to be unlocked multiple times at the service desk - none were completed. So 3 star experience as these are basic expected amenities even at motels - and I am a heavy tipper. Never stay again at this facility.

The hotel was outstanding. From the moment I pulled up valet offered to get my belongings with very friendly service. Than as i walked through the huge double doors. I was greeted by management and staff. Effortless check in. The bar staff was amazing and very knowledgeable of signature cocktails and amazing food. They get 5 stars in my book!!
