The stay was nice. But we had to pay $60/night for parking. This was pretty disappointing. Had we known this we may have stayed in a different part of town.

Oh I wish they had either a community microwave or in room.So much good food We could not bring anything back.to eat for later.And we couldnt figure out how the fridge worked it never got cold.but it was ok we just used ice for our drinks. Overall great trip!definetly will stay there again.

The room was exceptionally clean—honestly the cleanest I’ve experienced, even compared to my stays at the Hyatt Regency and The Westin. Housekeeping is only available upon request, but we only needed it once during our 7-day stay, which was more than enough. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially the bartender who made us feel right at home with great service and conversation. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the Mississippi River and the French Quarter—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. There are plenty of shops nearby, all within walking distance. The hotel is pet-friendly with no pet fee, which is amazing—definitely 5 stars for that. Just be aware that if your pet damages anything, you’re financially responsible, which is fair. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’ll definitely be back.

Unfortunately most of the staff were unfriendly. The bar and the breakfast area staff we terrible. The front desk 2 of the gentleman were ok but not the rest. The air conditioning was very cold. Too extreme from outside.

One11 is very conveniently located at the edge of the Frnch quarter - just minutes from Bourbon Street, but quiet so you can get a good night's sleep. Breakfast is okay (yoghurt, toast, hardboiled eggs, pastries, pancakes), it would be great if they added cheese, cold cuts, bacon, etc. Everything worked and the staff was nice - no complaints, and we'd come again!

All one 11 hotel staff where amazing, very friendly, and gave us excellent ideas to try while we stayed in the area. Management staff very helpful, definitely will be staying at one 11 again on next trip to New Orleans.

Such a great launching point

Has such a great trip to New Orleans, and one11 hotel was part of that. The room was trendy and clean. The happy hour at the bar was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. Close to everything, which made it great for sightseeing.
