The property was extremely welcoming. Easy valet service allowing you to step right out and into the check-in desk. You’re about a 15 min walk to Jackson Square and about 20 min to the Superdome. So very convenient to all of the French Quarter and surrounding area. My only complaint would be that there is no housekeeping or turn-down services. They will replenish towels and soap, coffee, essentials like that but no actua cleaning or making of beds or things of that nature that most hotels offer. But that wasn’t a huge deal to us.

Love this hotel. The staff is amazing professionalism is at its all high standards. I stayed for 10 days and used all of the benefits, including the pool and laundry room. I wish they had desk in their rooms. Easy accessible location to the French Quarter by walking. Parking is really expensive.

Besides the street construction on one entrance of the property, everything was great! The room we stayed looked newly renovated. Staff were very nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.
