We had a very nice time. The deluxe queen was nice. A little compact. The towel ring in the bathroom was falling out of the wall when I arrived. Staff was very kind and supportive.

The tv was old, it had no apps to log into Netflix , Hulu etc. They only had one microwave which was outside in the courtyard/pool area. I was on the third floor. It was very inconvenient to heat up food. It was located in a location where you had access to many tourist attractions, restaurants, and bakeries. It was also close to the mall. When housekeeping came we asked them to come back in an hour. Two hours later and they never came. We went to the front desk to request that they clean our room and the ladies had a bit of an attitude when we asked. This is personal preference, but the beds were uncomfortable. I woke up with back pain every day. I think they were too firm.

Staff were all very friendly. Kevin very nicely arranged all of our transport to the airport (for less than Uber) including loading the luggage and coming next door to PJ's Coffee to tell us that our car had arrived early.
