The tv didn't work, the safe was broken, the key cards didn't work. No hot water after 11pm and when you requested your room cleaned it never got cleaned. Most of the rooms don't have a window so they are very dark. My family member who was in a different room had to have their safe fixed and get new card keys three separate times.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Cynthia, Terrence and Thomas made us feel right at home and made the stay so enjoyable. The room was comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the terrace. The restaurant was also very good, and again, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Already planning a return trip for next year!

Adrienne and staff went above and beyond our expectations. The hotel was spotless and they didn’t miss a detail for our Mardi Gras welcoming. The hand signed card for my fiancé birthday was the top tier customer service. Highly recommend the Superior King Balcony room:)

Clean, quiet, pretty, updated room, wonderful mattress, sparkling marble bathroom with nice amenities, morning coffee station, lovely lobby and courtyard with several places to gather, and most of all, the nicest, friendliest staff. Front desk staff were welcoming, warm, funny, well informed and helpful. Add that to the most convenient location and very reasonable price and I would highly recommend. We did not try the restaurant. We will return.
