Thank you for staying with us Anonymous we appreciate your business as well as your feedback. I am sorry that you are frustrated over our guest rooms not having microwaves. Unfortunately as a luxury hotel we do not have microwaves in our rooms like extended stay hotels do. We do however provide a microwave for guest use in our Corner Pantry.
