Bathroom shower was dirty, it was an empty sprite bottle in the room on the table, bathroom is poorly lit, housekeeping doesn't come, u call for towels or tissue ( this is ok to a point ). Room placement was PERFECT for us we had a big natural light window in the front room with a view and the outside patio was literally at our window, and we emjoyed that, we had no people beside us on either side, so noise wasnt a issue form others or from us! I would stay again if i could get my same room back ( just clean a little more. Staff was great.valet was great even though it was a incident everything was handled very well.

Great stay for a great price! I did find a huge water bug as I was leaving. But it was dead Lolol the staff was very helpful. And the gym was nice. I would come back again for sure.

The parking garage next door never had any spaces. Tried to park for 2 days and never found a spot. Had to finally use valet parking for $53 per day. And it’s not handled by the hotel, it’s a separate company. Our room had a broke kitchen sink faucet and the bathroom shower had half of a door.

The hotel is clean and in an excellent location. The staff are not very friendly but professionals. It is simple but fair for the price. We were there for one week and I thought they would come for ar least one full cleaning but it never happened even by my son’s request. Overall it was a good experience.

We arrived around 2pm, checked our luggage and was assured our room would be ready by 4 (check-in time). When we returned, a new manager was there who told us he did not have a room for us. After we stressed we had booked the room three weeks prior and had been assured our room would be ready when we checked our luggage, he sent us up to a room with the bathroom under construction. Ultimately, we left with no room. Also, the lobby and amenities are very poor and run down. The actual room, aside from the bathroom, was decent enough.
