Good place to stay in central New Orleans

Accommodation was spacious, clean & comfortable. It was good to have a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Nice touches, such as dishwasher & laundry tabs. Good location, with short walks to main attractions. There was also parking available nearby. Communication from the host company on property access needs to be better. Also they offered us late check out, which was more expensive than what they were offering for an additional night’s stay. More cutlery and cookware is also needed and clearer instructions from reception on where we could leave our luggage

This was our third time staying at this property but in different units. The unit was spacious and well maintained. The only issue (which we didn't communicate) was the half bath toilet would often run after use. Not a big deal overall, it was great.

Lack of cleanliness

The instructions to access the property and accommodations were perfect, however; the property had some major issues. The elevators reeked of urine. The floors inside of the apartment weren't swept or cleaned. The bathroom toilets weren't properly cleaned on the inside. We were too tired to inspect the sheets until the next day and discovered blood stains. One of the guests slept on the floor and later discovered blood stain soiled the matress cover. The agents were slow to respond to resolving the atained mattress cover until the next day. I slept on the pull out sofa bed and noticed blood stains on my sheets as well. I am awaiting a resolution and was told someone would call me about this issue. I checked out early yesterday morning and haven't heard from anyone since. The property is in a great location though but the housekeepers are the problem.

Some issues with the toilet not flushing well but otherwise was a great place. The rooftop pool had an amazing view to just relax in the evening even if not getting into the pool. The location was convenient to just walk to French quarter, river walk and convention center. I would stay there again if I come back to New Orleans

The whole place was really dusty you can see the blue wall full of dust , the blinds I took a wet towel and dusted the whole place. The sofa bed you can feel the bar across your back , the hallway and the entrance a terrible smell , leaks at the gym bathroom and community center . The location was good it’s close to the restaurants and tours. The place has everything you need .

Decent enough hotel, very close to French quarter. The building is old, but the rooms are spacious and updated. Clean enough, comfortable beds. Laundry and kitchen is nice. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. The area around is a little seedy, but I think that's everywhere in New Orleans. Compared to some of the fancier hotels nearby, this place is a lot cheaper. I probably wouldn't stay here again, but I'd recommend it if you want a cheap place with a kitchen and laundry
