This hotel is a glimpse into the past grandure of NOLA. Service is top notch old world style. Criollo, the restaurant, is excellent, and the bars, both of them, fun with attentive staff. Everyone from the house keepers to the doorman is friendly and polite. Also the SPA has one of the best masseuses, Bridget, that I've ever had. And to top it off, the location is excellent. To truly get the NOLA experience I can't rate it high enough.

My stay was perfect! The staff were exceptional. Nolan in the luggage check in was so friendly and kind. I really enjoyed talking to him. Thomas in valet does his job with a great attitude. He seemed to really care about the patrons of the hotel. I wish I knew the lady in room service. She was so fun to talk to. And the front desk ladies were very helpful. I was very impressed! Thank you!
