Great hotel in the heart of the French Quarter. Easy walk to many of the surrounding sights and just off of the heavily trafficked areas so there are no crowds. Room was comfortable and clean. Building is over 200 years old so we could hear people walking and talking in the hallway very easily. It didn't bother us and we tried our best to be quiet when coming and going.

Stay away from room 115. This Romm is on-the 1st floor corner looking to the street. Homeless women cursing and ranting all night at the other side of the street until 5am. Great area to stay but not the best option.

Beautiful property very close to everything without the noise of Bourbon Street. Kind desk personnel and free water. Courtyard was lovely but due to the freak cold snap we weren't able to sit and enjoy it much. Bathrooms have been newly renovated and the bed was very comfortable. Due to the cold there was some condensation on the windows leading to some dripping water and you could hear people walking around late at night but it was minimal. Overall, the stay was lovely and I will definitely be coming back the next time I come to the city.
