Great location. Easy check in process. The hotel is clean and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The only real problem was the property next door that is being renovated, the work started at 3am and was extremely noisy in the corner room we were in.

THE WORST NIGHTS SLEEP!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: The room was fine ,except that the shower area floor was so slippery, that I almost fell down. I did report this to the Front Desk Person.
Cons: GET THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM PERMANENTLY REPAIRED!!!!!!
Location: Did not go very far from the hotel, because on of the people that were in our party, got his wallet stolen.
We had 2 False Fire Alarms the afternoon of Jan. 22nd, and ANOTHER FALSE FIRE ALARM,at 2:15 in the Morning. The third one was due to a faulty water pressure sensor, in the Parking Ramp. The Management did NOT offer any reduction of cost for the stay!!! There were at least two people who were badly injured during the third evacuation. Several others "assumed" it was another false alarm, and did NOT leave their rooms. We will not recommend your Hotel to anyone! and will tell them to stay anywhere's else, but there.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out. I wanted to send out an apology regarding the fire alarm on your most recent stay with us. After some investigation into the alarms that sounded during your stay, our engineering staff was able to locate the trigger for the alarm. Unfortunately with the inclement weather the city experienced last week, the water supply coming off the main and into the hotel has experienced rapid pressure fluctuations within our life safety equipment. While our team was able to pinpoint that issue earlier in the afternoon, the secondary alarm overnight was unfortunately a result of another pressure drop within that system again causing the alarm to sound. Although we prepare our team to respond appropriately, we could not have foreseen another pressure drop of that nature to occur after being corrected and restored by our staff. Our life safety equipment is annually tested and monitored 24 hours but we are still working on how to prevent issues of this nature in the future. We did debrief as a team Monday morning to hopefully better manage the situation in the future although the circumstances were truly a one off. Our staff does have protocol and a standard set of procedures the follow when we have emergencies take place but as you can imagine, the overnight staff is limited and it’s difficult to manage all of our guests needs during such an event. That being said, I can’t imagine how incredibly frustrating that must have been for you and I want to ensure we resolve this. We appreciate your business and hope you will return despite the unforeseen issues while here.

1st night showerhead did not work. reported it to front desk but, it was not relayed to maintenance. the next day the tub drain was not working. This was fixed very quickly.

New Orleans for the weekend

Pros: I liked that we could decline room cleaning for a little credit. Room cleaning for short stays are unnecessary for me.
Cons: There was an odd citrus smell in the lobby.
Location: Easy walk to French Quarter, St. Charles street car line, hot beignets across the street at the oyster bar
I wanted a hotel that was not in the French Quarter, thinking it would be cheaper and quieter. It was quiet, but I'm not sure how the price compared.

Super Quite and close to everything.

Pros: The bar was great. I don't drink but felt right at home. Games on the table. Just a cool place to hang out. Super friendly and modern. did I say quite
Cons: The king sized bed seemed a little small. Maybe Napoleon was the king they made it for. I am only 6-1 and my toes were hanging off the bed.
Location: Close to everything you want. or you can always jump on the trolley. you will do a lot of walking in NOLA
I was surprised at how nice it is. even though they were working on the streets at night we couldn't here the jack hammers unless we were really listening. Never heard a sound from our neighbor either. This place is only 2 short blocks from the French quarter and Bourbon street. (not for me) All the other streets are great. All the staff are amazing. Ask them for tips where the locals go and you will love the town.

Nice hotel close to bourbon

This hotel was very clean and neat the bed was very comfortable and yes it's walking distance from bourbon st front desk wasn't all that nice but overall I would stay again . No breakfast pool is small valet is 39 plus tax every night . You can get it cheaper somewhere else

Easy access to bourbon

Close to canal and bourbon st. Room not ready on time had to wait 2 hours. Tried to bring ice chest in since I was doing a cross country road trip manager would not allow it said ice chest are trashy and we had to lock it in there storage. Most of staff was rude and not helpful. Room was nice overall ac was horrible
