Unfortunately, the toilet ran all night long a we couldn't close the restroom door. We called and reported thes issues, however no one ever showed up. Comfortable, but the noise from the running toilet was a nuisance.....literally all night long

Hotel was very clean and up kept.. right off of canal walking distance to Bourbon Street! Lots of restaurants walking distance.. pool area was small but cute. Staff was nice.. 18 minutes away from airport.

It was okay

It was okay for a one night stay. It advertised city view.. my room didn’t even have a window and I hated that for me being that I felt a lil claustrophobic and boxed in. I love natural light and to be on the 17th floor with no view is insane lol so yeah but overall it was cool.. it took me 20 mins to get my car for $50 valet.. I get it, it’s busy and it a lot of in and outs of the garage but that’s a business problem and not mine. That part could’ve definitely been better. The toilet wasn’t clean. The bed was comfy.. the room could be updated. I’ve stayed at better hotels.. guess I should’ve stuck to what I know.

The staff was amazing all around morning noon and night! My room had an odor.. the pillows were all extremely broken in and could be replaced and while the air did work, overnight the room felt a little warm. But the service was great and hotel was very clean
