they need to remove the closing arm on the closets, get better water pressure for the shower and fix the TV single strength. Also, a clearer price on getting a microwave and room upgrade would help.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. The pool area is amazing and beautiful. The only thing we could have used in our room was a microwave.

There was a charge for bottled water. Usually, hotels provides 2 free bottles. No big deal but I was surprised

Overall, I and my husband, had a wonderful stay. We give staff thumbs up for cleanliness and neatness. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for serenity or balcony fun!!! If you haven't spent the night....you beta!!!

The hotel is rundown; the common areas are unclean; the elevator smelled; there were fake eyelashes glued on the elevator doors; the walls in the rooms had dents and scratches.
