No hot water. Cold shower two days in a row. Remodeled bathroom but didn't teplace tub. Tub under showee had curved floor, no flat place to stand. Elevator was out. Ice macine broken. No convenient plugs, had to crawl under table to plug in laptop. No USB ports. No coffee maker.

We did not get any housekeeping service after our first night. We had to stop at the desk to ask for towels & they were in our room when we returned. Shower floor is very slick. Hot water does not get very hot & is backwards on the shower faucet. I thought there was a to-go breakfast option which seemed like it would be free but there is a $14.99 fee per person for breakfast. While the gating around the whole property is nice & definitely helps you feel safe, there are multiple buildings so you can’t drive near your room to load/unload. You have to get a cart. There is a drive with an awning but it is blocked probably because people won’t move their cars after unloading. Overall, property just seems a little rundown. Not NOLA old… just needs some TLC. Super convenient to a St. Charles streetcar stop though.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Greeting at front desk on arrival was friendly and even checked us in two hours early. While sitting by the pool area trying to relax a housekeeper was on the phone yelling screaming cussing saying the f word due to girl drama. So unprofessional. The hotel itself was nice but the beds in the room were way to high. My husband is 5'9" and had a difficult time getting up. We had to put a suitcase down on the floor for my 87 year mother in law to step up on which was hazardous for her. We did ask for a step stool , but they had nothing. Breakfast was not good with having frozen eggs. Breakfast was not stocked well due to kitchen employees talking to other employees and then I was told to wait until she gets through talking. When checking out told the girl about the bed and she just laughed did not offer an apology. I asked to know the ending price and she would not provide due to went through a third party. I am giving it a 3 out of five. Due to location and the hotel itself is nice. Not sure if we we will be back. Stayed there for two nights post cruise and for Saints game

Completely at awe as soon as we pulled up, the whole experience was amazing. The rooms were absolutely stunning the whole facility was amazing and on top of the easy feeling atmosphere made the stay more enjoyable. We will be returning.
