Room needs updating and a good cleaning. Beds were very old uncomfortable and squeaky. One bed had dust ruffle one did not showing bad wear of bed.Tub was falling apart and moldy. Room smelled very musty and moldy. Room was dark and windows did not open. Location was great. Pictures of room very mis leading. The bar may baileys was closed even though its posted hours said open.

This is a great hotel. This staff are spectacular meaning very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Hotel is great location to Bourbon St. posting garage was very clean and bell service was tight on time. Make sure you try this place.

Staff was very friendly. Had a few troubles due to third party booking. Nothing bad at all completely understandable. The staff managed and figured everything out very quickly and did everything they could to get us in our rooms as quickly as possible

Room was not worth the price. When taking a shower water rose over my feet, the water pressure was too low and the carpet was dirty. The staff was not professional during check-in, the person that checked us in stated that my card would charged $55 per night for incidentals instead was charged for the entire stay. Then once I noticed the charge I was told why they charged amount. Also, they try to tell me that my card was probably charged the night prior to my arrival, which wasn’t true. How could they charge my card prior to checking in. Then she said the guy that charged my room the night before was not there, just to notice that young that checked me in was using his information to check me in. I was very disappointed because if they would have let me know from the beginning that I would have had to pay the total amount up front I would have paid in cash and placed the incidental charges on my card. Due to their lack of communication my card went into overdraft. I had to locate a bank that was CoOp with my bank to get the cash in before being penalized. The parking attendant Richard was outstanding and very helpful throughout our stay.

Fun Weekend in NOLA

Onsite parking was easy and convenient ($50/night). All hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Our balcony room on the 3rd floor was quite noisy. I would suggest requesting an inside room. The hotel is historic but a bit tired. Beds were comfortable, lighting very dim. All was very clean, shower was great.The free cocktail, morning coffee and pool are nice amenities. Offers 2 elevators for easy access to upper floors. Good location in the French Quarter. Walkable to restaurants, jazz and Jackson Square.

We adored our stay at the Dauphine Hotel! The history behind everything is amazing! The staff were so nice. It’s right in the middle of the French Quarter so it was convenient to explore places. The noise, the music, the people—we thought it would be a problem but we really enjoyed it & got that New Orleans feels we were aiming for. We will definitely be booking with them for our visits out to the French Quarter.
