Room needs updating and a good cleaning. Beds were very old uncomfortable and squeaky. One bed had dust ruffle one did not showing bad wear of bed.Tub was falling apart and moldy. Room smelled very musty and moldy. Room was dark and windows did not open. Location was great. Pictures of room very mis leading. The bar may baileys was closed even though its posted hours said open.

The room needs some major repair; a wall in the bathroom was missing trim work and area is rusty; no hot water; poor shower stream; no bath mat for inside tub which means slippery surface for showering; room had no chairs when we arrived, although staff did supply one and we asked for one additional; plastic glasses were not replaced; no micro oven; HOWEVER, staff was very helpful and very friendly, Great location. Parking attendant very helpful and friendly. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RECEIPT OF OUR CHARGES WHICH THE YOUNG LADY AT DESK SAID WOULD BE EMAILED TO ME. Overall observation of hotel is that it is in need of some refreshing.

This was a wonderful stay! We have stayed at many of the smaller boutique hotels in the French Quarter and this was a real favorite. Clean charming room and fabulous service. The location was really superior as it's so central in the Quarter. We were lucky and had great weather and were even able to use the pool in November. Highly recommend

Overall it was a great place and would stay again. It wasn’t luxury by any means but you aren’t there to hang out in your room. Note that at 4-430am everyday, there was an awful noise that echoed through the room-like garbage service dumping large dumpsters. I just put my AirPods in and went back to sleep. The pillows were amazing. Staff as a whole were super friendly and kindly held our luggage on the last day as we had a later flight.

All of the above! I love everything about it. My friend and I spent a week and I've never met a better staff. The ladies that deal with everything with humor and grace and the valets who are amazing people if you have chance to chat...this was my first vacation since I lost my husband and I wanted to have fun. I'm a talker and these guys can meet the challenge. Of the entire trip, they are a huge part of my memories. Thanks ❤️

It was the staff. Such incredible people. The hotel is very nice but it was the people that truly made it extraordinary. Not only helpful but wonderful personalities. We laughed and talked, amazing recommendations and little tips on handling the French quarter. I honestly could not find better souls and I thank them with my whole heart. This was my first trip since my husband passed and I was nervous but they made everything so positive. I can't say enough good things.

Tv remote didn’t work so had to use buttons on side of tv to operate. Bed was hard and some of the lamps weren’t plugged in. Shower drain took forever to drain. Property itself was nice, maybe my room was just outdated and in need of refresh.

Stayed in Hermann House across the street from main property. Room not as pictured. All photos and descriptions indicated brick walls. Our room did not have brick. Moldy smell, but it’s New Orleans so that’s a forgive. Bed did not include a comforter, I had to request one from front desk. Some damage to the walls, air vent grates needed to be cleaned, luggage stand was broken. Ironing board also broken -once deployed, refused to refold. Breakfast buffet was comically bad -recommend avoid that option. Bar was chill, bartender nice and talented. Prime location for exploring the quarter. Staff was gutty. Respect. Overall it was okay but will likely explore other options when I return to NOLA.
