Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the convenience of being within walking distance to the French Quarter and WW11 Museum. Parking nearby was also a major plus. Everything was clean and just right for our family of 4!

Excellent location

Very clean and updated property. Great communication from management. Zero complaints! Access to canal Street just a block or two away. Street car stop just minutes away. Ten minute walk to the aquarium. Fantastic stay we will definitely be back!

Great Location and Spacious

Everything about the stay was fantastic. Genesis communicated with us about everything and responded to all communication quickly. My wife and I were travelling with our 15 year old son and 18 year old daughter and the penthouse space was exactly what we were looking for so that everyone had room and not just cramped like we would be in a hotel. The location was amazing for us - right between Poydras and Canal - and easy access to trolley and bus lines if you wanted to venture out without walking. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends going to New Orleans.

Genesis, our host, provided an excellent experience during our stay. This loft offered great flexibility and was conveniently located within walking distance of all major attractions. The unit was well-maintained and clean, with very comfortable beds. We highly recommend this accommodation for future guests.

Clean, good communication, and right in the thick of it. Fun New Orleans spot within walking distance to everything. Only hiccup was a lack of dedicated parking space, which I understood to be included but is not - a minor issue all things considered and not a big enough deal to lower the overall rating.
