A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of New Orleans We had a great experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—just steps away from everything you’d want to see and do in New Orleans. The decor is beautiful, with a stylish and welcoming atmosphere that really adds to the charm of the city. The staff provided excellent customer service friendly, helpful, Everything was clean which made the stay even more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans!

The room was dirty, we got charged for snacks from their mini bar that was replenished, I brought it to their attention and they charge us anyway not good at all, the lobby area was awesome, the place need a little fixing up but don’t charge us for things that you know we’re never placed in the room in the first place. They told us they knew the snacks were not there because they did not some of them, so why charge me you know they were never placed in the room. I’m very upset. Integrity means a lot to me.

Where's the Southern Hospitality?

Check in at the hotel wasn't the most friendly experience ever. As we first walked in and went up to the desk another gentleman had walked up at the same time to check in and the lady at the counter told us the have a seat. After just flying and driving for over 4 hours, didn't feel like sitting more but the way she said it felt like we had to. Welcome to New Orleans I guess?? Hotel was clean and a little unique. Kind of a maze the get to the rooms. The room was very small with two double beds. Everything was slanted, the floors, the beds, and the shelf between the beds. TV remote didn't work. However, the shower had a rainfall faucet and good water pressure. And $37 a day for parking. I was looking for someplace different with some charm, but it sort of missed the mark. This hotel is a one and done for me...

The Old 77 has a great vibe! It is in walking distance to all of the sights & sounds of the French Quarter & Bourbon St. The Compere' Lapin restaurant service & food was great!

It is a fun hotel in a good location but it shows lots of signs or ware. People at the front desk were friendly enough. They advertise having loaner bikes. They have one. This is for a hotel with over 100 rooms. We were on the third floor and could easily hear people walking around above us. Bed was comfortable.
