What can I say about Saint Pierre, other than this place has all the charm and friendliest staff you could ever hope for. What a gem! We had a room upstairs and it was cute with a lot of character. Complementary breakfast every morning and it was more than we expected. The staff is what really are used the cake for us because everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. we got some of the best information from the people at the front desk who really know their stuff. The room was turned down by the time we got back every single day, toiletries were replenished, towels were clean. don’t forget to grab a cookie each day, which they serve in the lobby in the afternoon. we found this to be the perfect place for a couple and off the beaten path enough that it was quiet and peaceful. Cute garden area with a house cat that is as sweet as can be. I not only recommend this place, but we will happily return on our next visit to New Orleans. thank you to everyone who went out of their way to make our trip so fabulous.

The location was good but the room itself was very dirty and the tv rarely worked. The front desk lost the keys to our car twice which made our stay less enjoyable. Not much in way of breakfast choices either and room fridge didn’t work well. Keys are difficult to use. Razor wire by our room was kind of scary.

M, Thank you so much for the review. I am sorry that you had a few issues with the room. Our hot breakfast in the morning which includes eggs, grits, sausage, assorted cereals, toast, milk, orange juice, and coffee never changes, but provides the basics for an early start to your day. Regarding the keys to your vehicle, we may have been moving cars around in the parking lot to accommodate more, which is why they did not have them. Also the razor wire on top of fences you will see often in the French Quarter. That is to make sure birds do not nest or hangout in those areas. We hope that you would come back and visit us again!

This hotel is quaint and comfortable. The location is really good. Our room was in the old section on the cesond balcony of the hotel and was not fancy but everything we needed was there. The pool was right out the back. The breakfast was fine, but the Croissant d'Or Patisserie is nearby and amazing.

Location of the property is A++. The front desk staff was great. Housekeeping staff needs improvement. Very expensive parking fee.

On the other hand, we would like to apologize for not living up to your expectations regarding the lack of housekeeping services and the parking charges. We will immediately address the housekeeping issues with the entire housekeeping team. As for parking, the charge for parking is posted under hotel amenities on all booking websites for our hotel. Again, my apology if you were not aware of those fees before arrival at the hotel. Reviews like yours are very valuable as they enable us to target areas we need to improve on. We hope you will visit us again in the future to see how we have improved.

Liked being in the Quarter. However, there were several disappointments. The air conditioning never did get the room very comfortable. We were not informed that our room was across the street from the actual facility. The door was literally 6 feet from the curb and the noise from trucks starting with the garbage trucks at 4AM was terrible. The room was advertised as having room darkening drapes. The shear curtain on the glass door made the room extremely bright from the street light and difficult to sleep.

Our rooms are all facing courtyards, or the street and the French Quarter does have a lot of activity. On your next visit we will make sure you're in a quiet area around the pool or courtyard. I will also check the shears on the glass door to see if we can darken those at all. The ac issue has already been addressed by our great maintenance crew.Thank you for letting me know. I would love to have you return in the future so that we can earn those last two stars and provide you with an awesome French Quarter experience.

The staff were amazing, friendly and sooo helpful! Loved the historic buildings and the relaxed atmosphere. My girlfriend and I had a great time, good breakfast every morning and playing in the pool. Would highly recommend.
