Valet lost my car keys three hours later they found at the front desk. The hotel charges an additional $200 for room for incident fee if damage is done after I checked out they gave a $100 back they changed valet with the other $100 gave me no change back.

Quite busy, and we were woken up at 12am but a fire alarm. It was so loud you could not even hear yourself think. No one ever came to tell us what we were supposed to do. Where to go. Nothing. So everybody just got out however they could. There was no sense of order and not one person from the hotel ever came to speak with a single one of us. Nothing was told to us as to what happened. Everyone In the buildings was forced to get up and leave immediately and then again, without any explanation everyone was just allowed to go back in. Also, the adults that were drinking around the pool in the courtyard were quite rowdy and making lewd comments to my daughter and myself and being rude to my sons. Come on Nana. This is not something I've ever experienced with the hotel before 😕

Hotel was beautiful as usual located in a congested part of town limited parking, but I did get a chance to park my vehicle either in front or side of the hotel only had my room service once during the three day stay and unable to change rooms to due to a convention that was in town I love this hotel overall I always stay here during Mardi Gras when I come in town this was my fourth stay at this property so I do love the property, but this state was not up to the standard. I’m used to this property having.
