Thank your for your fantastic review. Mini-fridges are available for rent and a microwave is available in the lobby for free use. We're so sorry you weren't aware of that.

Close to everything

When we first arrived the lady behind the desk was very nice, the rooms were still being cleaned when we arrived but she made sure to make ours first. The room was a lot smaller then expected and we didnt even have a window was really disappointed since i was not aware of this before making reservation. The bathroom really needs updating since the shower head was extremely rusty and the sink was the same way. Also, i was woken up EVERY night by the water running really loud. Other then that the staff was really friendly and helpful.

Great location.. enjoyable stay

Pros: Nice big balcony outside of my room . Friendly staff. LOCATION is great. Good coffee shop attached.
Cons: I'd like a bit softer bed.. but still slept well.
Location: easy to get to French Quarter and Garden district. Street Cars take you many directions nearby.
Perfect location... 1 block from French Quarter, Street car stop just outside hotel, no noise problems, not a dark, deserted area after dark .. so I felt safe.

Hi Fred and thank you for the great review!

City lights get away

Pros: Friendly, quick, professional service. Rooms are small, but not cramped, well designed, attractive. Excellent value for the money.
Cons: Get to get a room on the quiet side or upper story as early morning traffic is loud. The soap dispenser in shower needed to be refilled.
Location: Are you kidding? It's NOLA and the French quarter.
The coffee shop main floor is just OK, I don't think is owned by the hotel. Starbucks and a small corner market on same block provide breakfast if you want to go get it. Staff helpful and courteous. One block from Quarter, street car stop in front of hotel lobby. I'd go back anytime.

Cute hotel in the perfect location.

This hotel was clean, staff was friendly and in a perfect location. The room was small but not much time is spent in a hotel in New Orleans. We definitely will recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back!

The room was small.

Pros: The location was a block away from the French Quarter.
The room was clean but very small. The pictures of rooms on the website were not even close to the rooms given to our party. If you have every traveled on a cruise ship in an inside cabin that is what you get...tiny bathroom, barely able to walk around the bed and no window.

FQF in NOLA

Nice room, friendly and helpful staff. Only one block from the Quarter and the festival stages. It was also close to good eats like Cochon, Lüke and Trennase.

Pros: The Hurricanes on tap down by the concierge was great!
I had a great time! Frankly, who wouldn't though in New Orleans. The closeness to Bourbon made it very easy and accessible without having to deal with cabs.

Nice hotel

I had a great room. It had a sitting area where I could watch the football game, while my wife watched her shows in the sleeping area. My only complaints were that the rooms were rather dark and hotel entrance was not actually located on St. Charles Ave.

Perfect central location

Pros: Very convenient and clean.
Cons: Desk staff could be a little friendlier, safe didn't work properly, would like bed less firm.
Location: 1 block from Canal, Bourbon, and Royal Streets. Super location to go just about everywhere by foot.
Great hotel very close for the quarter and also to the Aquarium, Museum, shopping. Rooms are small, but big enough considering how little time you spend there. Very modern and clean. Would have like the bed to be a little softer and didn't like the plastic mattress protector as it made the bed a little hot. Our safe gave me a problem so we couldn't use it (gave an error message), and I should have reported it, but just decided not to use it. Elevator was fast, ice was available, concierge was excellent with lots of great advice and very friendly. Within walking distance to just about everything and was a good price! We did not face Canal Street, and would recommend that might be a better view, but not a really big deal. P.J.s coffee is downstairs in the lobby and was very busy. We didn't buy anything there, but could see that many enjoyed having it there. I would stay there again.
