I loved the property, the staff were very friendly. My only complaint would be the price for the breakfast buffet and the breakfast wasn’t good. The guy that was over the breakfast didn’t advise that it was a breakfast menu as well, and didn’t give us the option to choose. But other than that I did enjoy my stay.

This property was amazing for our first time in New Orleans. It was a five minute walk from Bourbon Street a two minute walk from the nearest street car and super easy to access anything and everything especially during the night we felt extremely safe walking to the hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel, they don't have a parking garage so they charge you $50/day for a valet that took 45 minutes to bring us the car with a terrible attitude. The elevators broke for the entire day and the guesses have to carry up the luggages by the stairs. The pillow smell very bad and the rooms lacks of soundproofing. The reception personnel was very professional and attentive of our needs, Alysha helped us to change rooms due to the noise our first night.
