Well appointed hotel walkable to most of the places we wanted to visit. Can be very loud due to proximity to Bourbon Street. The windows on second floor rooms are unique with shutter blinds, but do no block out any light so even at 2 am the room is lit from street lights. Beds and pillows are very comfy.

Amazing Hotel

⸻ The Bourbon Orleans really impressed me. It’s an older building with so much character and charm, but it’s been renovated so it doesn’t feel dated at all. The location is perfect—it’s literally on the corner by Bourbon Street—yet I couldn’t hear any noise at night, which was a huge plus. We stayed in a bi-level room, which was perfect for entertaining. I can’t speak to the food or drinks since we didn’t try them, but the service from the moment we arrived until the moment we left was absolutely amazing. We come to NOLA every year for this event, and I think this might just be our new go-to hotel. Loved it!

The place was very clean and well kept, the staff were amazing and they had everything you may need nearby. From restaurants to cvs pharmacy to the tourist areas like French Quarter and famous princess and the frog restaurant etc you name it it was around the corner. The hotel is in the center of it all! The staff was super friendly and accommodating and we were upgraded for a reasonable price for a room with balcony which gave us front row seats to iconic events like the red dress run. The room balcony doors seemed to be soundproof as we didn’t hear any music or noise when they were kept closed! Amazing view! Overall amazing stay!
