The room was VERY noisy! You can hear everything outside the room. The electrical outlets are extremely old and no longer held my phone charger plug. The plug just kept on slipping off. This is very dangerous. The King bed - loft configuration is also dangerous as it seems so easy to accidentally fall down the stairs as one goes around the bed. Nice location, though. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The Bourbon Orleans Hotel was a beautiful hotel in a great location. The hotel was just around the corner from Bourbon Street and just a few blocks away from Jackson Square. The lobby was stunning and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommended!

Location was wonderful with a very friendly and attentive staff. Very old and historical building which does come with some trade offs - mainly the noise from the hallways and outside. We also had a room on the 2nd floor with an extremely bright light from the outside which shone directly into the room keeping us up on the first night. We had to cover the windows with a couple of blankets as there are no curtains in the rooms. Also, outside of location this is a 3 star hotel. There is no glassware or robes in the rooms and room service is also not offered. IMO this is a great hotel for someone in their 20s who prioritizes a location close to Bourbon Street.

Great stay at Bourbon Orleans again. We had a poolside room and it was wonderful. Super clean every day. Staff are all very friendly and efficient. Love having the onsite bar. Can't wait for our next stay.

The room was wonderful, very tidy and clean. The hotel showed some age if you looked closely but is a beautiful establishment and a great location - we stayed on the side just off Bourbon Street with a balcony. Close enough to hear Bourbon Street but far enough away to not disrupt sleep. I would absolutely stay here again, our only disappointment the entire time was the lack of room service to sit and eat a meal on the patio people watching. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly and the O Bar had great live music while we stayed there.
