Checked in on Tuesday, on Wednesday morning told clerk at check in that the shower drain is not working properly ( water up to your ankle while showering), she stated that maintenance will take care of it. Nothing happened, when checking out on Friday, told clerk the same. Poor service.

The location of the Bourbon Orleans is perfect for having easy access to everything in the French Quarter. It’s a beautiful, spacious, comfortable hotel. We have stayed here several times and will keep coming back. The employees at the front door are always friendly and very helpful. It’s so nice to be greeted every time you leave and come back. They really make the stay wonderful for us and our young kids.

Loved the grounds. Room was right near the pool area which was so nice and relaxing. The hotel is right off Bourbon street so it was near everything you would want and need. Only issue was the water took a while to get hot in the shower.

Staff went above and beyond. I had a dress on and was admiring the festher chandelier when a staff member asked if i wanted to see the ballroom. She walked me up with my father and unlocked the door to show me the room. It was beautiful and she didnt have to do that but it made for a wonderful memory of my first time in NOLA

The staff was great with the exception of the lady who checked me in and convinced me to "upgrade " my room to her favorite! It wasn't better and was on pool side so it was loud and the lightning came through the wooded blinds no matter what. So it was basically daylight all night long. Very difficult to sleep and definitely not romantic. I personally didn't care for the drinks served poolside. They were basically premade and served over ice. Breakfast was kinda ok and overpriced as was the hotel rooms.

This was a great Hotel to stay at for your trip to New Orleans. It’s a perfect location just far enough off of Bourbon street but only a few minutes to walk there. The pool was nice and the hotel was clean. I would highly recommend staying here. I had never been to New Orleans and took my wife there for her 50th birthday.

Excellent location in the heart of Bourbon Street. Centrally located to tours, Frenchman Street, and the waterfront. The rooms were a little dated but priced right with a beautiful lobby, amazing customer service, and $20 comped in the bar. The pool was great and while the breakfast was overpriced, most restaurants on Bourbon were the same price. If you’re looking for an authentic hotel in the French Quarter, this is a great choice.

Nice, quiet room with a courtyard view made for a relaxing stay. The pool is clean, cool and refreshing. All staff is kind and courteous.

Pretty place, service was subpar

I generally like staying at Omnis for being well designed and good service. We stayed for 3 nights and the room was never cleaned one time. The room was fairly small, which is fine, but all of our leftover trash and food had literally no place to go. Also, there was no small hotel store, so there was no way to purchase a Tylenol or a soda. The location was nice and well furnished.
