Well appointed hotel walkable to most of the places we wanted to visit. Can be very loud due to proximity to Bourbon Street. The windows on second floor rooms are unique with shutter blinds, but do no block out any light so even at 2 am the room is lit from street lights. Beds and pillows are very comfy.

I loved how warm and attentive the staff was. The pool was clean and well kept. I thought the surroundings would have been loud and disturbing but I was pleasantly surprised how quiet is was (then again it was off season). Rooms were very clean, house keeping staff was respectful and professional. Everyone was super nice. Shout out to the Valet, front desk crew and greeters. I will see you guys soon.

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel. Teresa was able to offer an upgrade and check us in early. The room was amazing. Bed and bath was on upper level, great view of St. Ann's Street from the balcony. David helped us with are bags and offered great navigation info. It was great talking to Lester. He was very knowledgeable about the hotel. We will definitely be back.
