We’ve stayed here before and loved our first stay. The location is perfect but the rooms weren’t as clean as they usually are. Carpets need shampooing and the bathroom needs a deep clean. Service is always great and the drinks at the bar are good too.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The location is convenient. The staff provide excellent service. I feel completely at home. We received an upgrade to a suite on this trip and it was greatly appreciated. We did have to deal with sound from Bourbon street as the room was on the outside corner of the building. I might ask for an inside courtyard room in the future. Will choose to stay here on my future visits to NOLA especially when the weather is right for taking advantage of the saltwater pool.

Atmosphere and customer service were excellent! The bed was very comfortable. The only suggestions are better lighting in the bathroom (light above shower didn’t work and lights by mirror were dim) and a ceiling fan to circulate air would be great. It got a little stuffy. Other than that, it was a great stay!

I love the Bourbon Orleans. Beautiful, historic, and haunted, it is in the perfect location to walk to everything you want to see. Right behind St. Louis Cathedral and Jackson Square, and right on Bourbon Street in the center of the French Quarter. The rooms are lovely, the staff is friendly and helpful; everything you need for a great vacation.

The hotel was very nice. It’s in the middle of French Quarter. Walking distance to Jackson Square, French Market and the Mississippi River. Be aware that when they ask you if you want a street view or a courtyard view that the street is VERY NOISY and the music goes very late. First night we got very little sleep but the next morning we asked for a different room and were given a very quiet courtyard room. Breakfast is not included.
