This is such a beautiful hotel and extremely clean. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. I was in town for a local author/book event and did not want to tote my bags all around town, while waiting for check-in time. They were kind enough to store my bags safely while I went to enjoy my plans. I would definitely stay here again!

I got stuck in an elevator over an hour which the hotel staff could not do anything which led to my girlfriend having to call the fire department because the staff did not want to. I’ve also reached out to the corporate about this matter.
