NO EV chargers unlike advertised. This app states that this hotel offers EV charging. It does not. Often EV drivers look for accommodations that include EV charging. So it’s quite inconvenient when you get to the property to find out there is none. And there isn’t really any public fast charging locations in the New Orleans area.

Friendly staff and a very pleasant stay. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays and felt festive. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The housekeeping did a great job every day. I ate at Pete’s Restaurant and enjoyed the gumbo; the waitstaff were friendly and attentive. The gym was well-equipped, and I appreciated the fresh fruit basket available early in the morning. Convenient location...about a 15-minute walk to the convention center, with a Starbucks right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.

When i come into town for a Saints game i typically stay at this hotel, it has a pretty decent gym and great pool. The room was spacious and it was about a 15ish min walk from the superdome. It also about 15ish mins from burbon, bars and great food.

Check in and check out were easy. The room was clean, spacious and nice looking. The bed was fantastic. However, our reservation indicated 2 people, but the room had only 1 robe and 1 pair of slippers. The shower/toilet room did not have a working exhaust fan. The pool had bugs. The view from the room was the worst. We were looking at the neighbor's balcony. The adjacent room's balcony had direct sight into our room!
