I enjoyed my stay here! I went on a girls trip. The staff were professional and very courteous! I had no complaints. I would definitely stay here again. The valet men were helpful and patient as we loading up the car.

Comfy Bed - Incessant Noise

We reserved a specific room / room type. When we checked in, the attendant said that room was not available and offered no substitutes - she could care less. The noise from Canal Street went on until 5:00am. I have stayed in N.O. many times, and I am aware of the all night noise, but this was off the chart.

Normally, I have a great stay here at this hotel but for some reason I unfortunately got booked a outside room on Iberville Street and the noise was so loud from nine to 4:30 AM so I did not get any sleep.

Had a great stay. It was off season in NOLA but I was glad. Not much noise to speak off. Great a/c system. Walking distance to everything. Had a 2 queen room and it was plenty big enough for 3 adults to stay in.

The room was absolutely the most spacious room we could have asked for. My only complaint was that I paid for a balcony room that I was expecting to open onto Bourbon Street, it was not specified on the description that it opened up to the back of the hotel that was facing another building with absolutely NO view. The hotel was clean, hallways on the floors could have had a better navigating system. I have never seen so many different halls on 1 floor. Got lost more than once! Would possibly stay again at this hotel just due to cleanliness and service.

Excellent stay! I was worried about noise considering it’s only one block away from Bourbon street but our room was absolutely silent! It was like sleeping on a cruise ship We loved the mattress and pillows and the air conditioning gets a 10/10 I only have positive things to say! All interactions with the staff were first class as well.
