Ask for a early check-in message was not relayed to management ended up getting a room at 6 PM after waiting in the lobby several hours I had to get a little rude in order to get in my room. Employees at front desk were talking on phone with their friends about personal issues while customers were standing there . Several times the front desk employee was having conversations with other customers who had called the front desk, complaining about issues and when they got off the phone, they were voicing their unhappiness with the customers because they had called in complaining .people in the lobby could hear this going on ,very unprofessional. A lot of customers were having issues with the breakfast because plates were not available and utensils. They had to stand there and wait. They brought out paper plates because they were out of glass plates. One customer looked at me that had been there several days until this is a standard occurrence. My daughter went down to breakfast one day at 9:30. There was practically no food left. She asked about when food would be out. They said they were not going to bring out more food because it was almost time to stop serving breakfast at 10. on the good side, the room was very clean except the bathroom had a good bit of mold above the shower but overall hotel was very clean. Just terrible customer service really need new management
