This room really needs some TLC. Needs a shower water barrier to keep bathroom floor safe. Needs new shades, they are tearing and difficult to use. Sheets on one bed had an open hand size hole in it. Staff is very helpful and pleasant.

The suite was large and clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a few different choices (eggs and sausage, cereal, toast and included various soft taco choices). The hotel is within walking distance to Bourbon Street, but not in the center of the crowds and noise. Canal Street is very close, taking transit or the hop on hop off bus was very convenient.

The room was clean and the staff were very nice. The concierge made dinner reservations for us- so helpful. Breakfast tacos are always a win for me as well. The lobby was nice to sit and read at night if you’re not into the party scene on bourbon.

My reservation was for a street/city view room. I was given a room without that view. The original front desk-worker reviewed the reservations and put notes into the system for us to get the correct room the next day since we checked-in around 7pm. The next morning I informed the front desk of the notes that should be on my reservation and conversation the I had with the other worker but she said they CAN'T do that and I would have to stay in the room I was in. That was disappointing because I was staying for 3 nights.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Very much enjoyed the social hour with complimentary food and drinks. The location was perfect for walking to many of the areas of the city we wanted to see and just a few blocks from streetcar & bus routes. Highly recommend!
