I feel they treat Travelocity customers as 3rd class. People who were checking in after our arrival got rooms immediately. Those arriving after us, but waiting, got a room before we did. One room didn't get fresh towels after the 2nd day ... No bananas in the breakfast area for 2 consecutive mornings. The hotel rooms were quiet ... but overall not a great experience.

First time staying at Hilton HomeSuites but have stayed at several other Hilton hotels. This one is average. Nothing special. We chose this hotel because it comes with complementary breakfast but the food wasn’t good at all. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere. The staff is friendly. Pool area is not appealing and very small. No hot tub. No bar. The gym area is average. Overall it did its job but will not stay here again.

I don’t like that even as a guest you have to pay for parking. That aside, the location is in great walking distance from bourbon street, food, and other venues. Dan was a wonderful concierge with helpful suggestions and with our tour accommodations. Michele was very helpful with airport transportation suggestions. The rest of the staff was very friendly and the tour pickups are conveniently right in front of the building. Breakfast had nice options for everyone but I wish they had a waffle station. But the other options were fresh. The room was clean and the kitchen area was perfect. A full size fridge was even better because all the leftovers from eating would not fit in a mini fridge Lol. The bathroom sink could use more pressure and the heat needed to be really high to maintain the heat. Overall still a good room. Housekeeping only comes every other day.

The room was a king suite definitely not big enough for 4 people. We had to get a 2nd room. Could do 2 adults and 2 small kids or 1 teen. It was close enough to the French Quarter you could walk but far enough away it was quiet. There are limited dining options in the immediate area. The bed was hard as a rock and the bed sheet would not stay on exposing the dirty brown stained mattress underneath. No mattress pad and sheet was not deep pocketed. Its a long way around the hotel for everything. If you have a room in the 40s or 30s be prepared to walk. Valet very quick and staff were super nice. All but 1 washer and dryer was broke. Did not use fitness equipment. Upside if you were traveling for work and needed a refrigerator with microwave and stove would be a good option. Nice big TVs in room. Breakfast was nice and so was the social hour on Wed.

Service very good, breakfast buffet good, hot water not so good., on second floor and had to wait for it to warm up. Waste a lot of water in the process. Glen the concierge was great.

I good value for the French quarter. Very nice gym, laundry, pool area and very good breakfast. Highly recommended.

One elevator was not functioning when we arrived but was brought back online after a few days, however this elevator I believe still has a problem. As my wife and I were entering the elevator the door suddenly closed knocking me sideways into my wife, and cutting my arm. The front desk did seem concerned. They did provide me with a band-aid and then proceeded to try and tell me how to operate an elevator.

Booked this hotel for ease of trolley stops; however there was electrical issues causing trolleys not to run down the street. Was ok walking to next stop. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom ceiling fan was not working, and we couldn't figure out how to lock the balcony doors. All else was good. Has a great concierge team that patiently answered all my questions and suggested great tours ans activities. Would stay again. Hopefully the trolleys are working next time.
