The Staff was beyond friendly and professional. From the moment we walked in it felt very welcoming. I come to new orleans a lot , this was my first time staying here and it wont be my last. I highly recommend, the value is beyond what you pay. Its located literally around the corner from Bourbon street so you centrally located near shops, restaurants and some attractions.

Old hotel. Most of the staff was excellent. Check-in time is 4pm but it was close to 5:30 before we could get into our room. Needs new mattresses, towels, toilets (really low), tub had porcelain chips, rust and faucet never stopped dripping. Ice machine broken on 2 floors.

Choose a city view room, but my view was a brick wall. No tissue in the bathroom when arrived and they upcharged the bill. This hotel is a scam. Great location but not worth it. Valet took 25 minutes to retrieve my car at 6 in the morning. Valet was $49 per day )way too much) and they charged me $59 a day on my bill! Scammers at Crowne Plaza. Watch your receipt!

Crown plaza is in a great location but not worth the price. The room was outdated, no tissue was in the room when we arrived, the shower did not get hot and the tub took 20 mins to drain when showering. Valet was $49 per day and took over 25 minutes to retrieve our car. We will definitely go back to N.O. but we will not be staying at the Crown Plaza.

Most of the staff was absolutely lovely and helpful, but on our last day one of the cleaning people knocked on our door and asked if we were checking out. I said yes but paid extra for a late checkout at 4pm since our flight was later that evening. She came back again shortly before 4pm as we were gathering our things to see if we were out yet. I told her we were almost out and she said, “well I need y’all to hurry up!”…. Incredibly rude and unnecessary. Paid extra so that my baby could nap comfortably and to be hassled about exiting our room when we were well within our right to still be in the room was completely off putting. Will not be staying here again.

The pictures on hotels.com are nothing like the actual hotel. This is an embarrassment for Crowne Plaza - it’s run down and needs to be renovated. Our tub was leaking and rusty. The whole atmosphere is old and gross. The only nice part was the lobby. It took us an hour to get toilet paper from the front desk - we had no toilet paper and had to sit and wait. Service was awful and the room was awful. Would not stay here again.

Where do i begin, front desk , the lobby folks were very friendly and kind check in n out was easy and quick. Lets get the room my door handle was loose, cracked walls the fridge was dirty the entry door dirty some small holes around the frames. The carpets in the hallway and the room dirt. The hallway paint chipping, the boraders cracked dirt. Overall a mess oh wait the toilet was sitting sooooo low if i had back snd knee problems i would've been trouble. Crowne Plaza used to my top hotel. I know haven't been here in 8 years but it needs major work.

The front desk people were very nice however, the check in was it as prompt. It should be for you to have to check in at four. I booked two rooms. Got one room after four and had to wait two hours for the other room for my kids when I got to the room. The bathroom sink was broke. The other room had a refrigerated in it. They had old food in it that once you opened the refrigerator, gave it the best amount it was leaking. This Hotel is in a great area, but need some upgrades.
