First off they charged me More than the contracted rate through Hotels.com. Second, I prepaid for the valet parking for three days. The last day they were unable to valet for us and told us to park it ourselves. I was ok with that but but I have requested my refund for the third night of valet since we had to pay the parking garage fees. I have had no response.

Got there and got hit with unexpected fees and no explanations as to why. Lobby was filled with people who weren’t even staying there . Valet was expensive for them to not be able To tell me where my car will be parked . Not a good experience at all. Will not be booking again

Staff was nice. I didn’t know that they had two towers and that I booked for the other tower. I guess they are trying to give it this boutique look. Honestly the rooms look run down. I had to move rooms because of the strong fragrance in the first one. The second room had a nice view of canal street but you can hear everything going on outside, I could barely sleep.
