I like that the lobby was trendy and clean. DO NOT like the fact that we didnt have hot running water in our Hotel room and Zero pressure on our water faucets. Made out stay very dissatisfied because we were freezing when we showered.

Unfortunately, due to an emergency repair the hotel water was currently turned off. There was a broken hot water line under the hotel street which has been repaired, and as always, our guests’ safety is top priority to us.Our goal is to always provide great service that will make you want to return again and again. We hope that you will give us another try and let us prove this to you during your next trip to New Orleans.

The property is beautiful...BUT......our poor rating is primarily to horrible housekeeping. We always check in-room food and beverage when we arrive so we are only charged for what we use. There were missing items and even a half empty bottle of liquor. The first day we received no housekeeping service. Even though they came and made the bed the other days, they did not change the sheets....how do I know....the holes in the sheets. Towels were stained. One of the toiletry items had been used when we arrived and we did not get fresh items when they cleaned the room. NOT 4 star service by any means. The quality of the cable tv was terrible....really terrible. We were on the 8th floor...the rooftop bar is on the 9th....don't plan on sleeping before 1AM on weekends. We purposely stayed just off the main area of the French Quarter to avoid the noise and commotion. When I called the front desk at midnight upset because my husband was not feeling well and could not sleep...no empathy or apology...just that the DJ plays until 1AM. Would not stay there again.

Our room smelled and looked as if it was just redone. The carpet was buckled.. Was able to check in early, however at the expense of staying in a cave.

Great hotel! Five Stars!

This newly designed hotel was a great option for us. The staff were knowledgeable about the building history, and they were very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were both spacious and luxurious. The king size bed was comfortable. We'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
