The nicest way to express my feelings is to say I'd never give them my money again. I had a room wreaking of mildew and had a shower that barely and was not moved until the middle of the following day. The new room had a leaking toilet. The new room was a downgrade as well. I was told we'd be credited but only received complimentary champagne and $35 on a $600+ bill. All of the service sucked at the bars. Restaurants, front desk and valet.
